I've lived here before many years ago.

Worst golf course in the Valley. It is very trashy and hardly any grass on the fareways.

A very convenient place to live with good golf course and par 3 practice course. However - no driving range is offered. Beware! Brownsville police regularly steak-out the VICC area and watch for “stop sign jumpers! Also: The home owners association in this development needs to fix the roads (gravel is smoother than their pot-holed folly). I know numerous people who live here and the roads have not been fixed since the were laid down in 1963.!
